## Technical Support

If you encounter issues such as delayed bridging, swapping, wallet connection problems, or any other related concerns, we highly recommend you provide feedback by joining our Discord server.

Product feedback

For non-urgent suggestions, use the [WheelX product feedback form](https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSdYzdpVtIubQhcWLBW4x5lAtn3Xu_IG2VBLa17u6IJJ0grluQ/viewform?usp=send_form). For an active transaction issue, use the support ticket process below.

The September 2026 feedback campaign announced 5,000 XP for adopted suggestions. Rewards depend on the applicable campaign rules and are not guaranteed for every submission. See the [campaign announcement](https://x.com/WheelX_fi/status/2095133094768759231).

Enter the "Verify" channel and click on ✅ to proceed with verification.

**Step3**

Go to the "SUPPORT" area, select the "open-tickets" channel, and open a ticket to submit your issue. We will process it as soon as possible within 24 hours.
